Day 1: Helsinki (D)

  • Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and be transferred to your hotel for check-in
  • Depending on the flight arrival times, you will have the rest of the day at leisure to walk around this beautiful city
  • Later, enjoy an Indian dinner
  • Overnight at hotel

Day 2: Helsinki – Stockholm (B/D)

  • Breakfast at hotel and check out
  • Continue morning tour of Helsinki
  • You will have an orientation tour with photo stops to see all famous sights including the Senate House, the Finlandia Hall (from outside), the Sibelius Park with its monument, and entry to the amazing underground Rock church
  • Later, you will have some time to purchase some souvenirs
  • In the early afternoon, we will be transferred to the port to board the Silja Line cruise ferry to Stockholm
  • Check-in and dinner on board
  • Overnight on board

Day 3: Stockholm (B/D)

  • Breakfast on board and disembark
  • Upon arrival in Stockholm, enjoy a guided walking tour of Stockholm and visit the City Hall with its famous Blue and Golden Halls where the Nobel Prize Banquet is held each year
  • Later, walk to the old city of Stockholm to visit the beautiful city palace to see the Royal chair
  • In the afternoon, you will have some free time to have an orientation tour to view some of the many museums from outside like Vasa Museum, ABBA Museum or the Stockholm Palace
  • Dinner at a local restaurant
  • Check-in and overnight at hotel

Day 4: Stockholm – Copenhagen (B/D)

  • Breakfast at hotel and check out
  • Take a train through the countryside of Southern Sweden to Copenhagen
  • The train will take us across the Oresund Bridge to Denmark and arrive in the early evening in Copenhagen
  • Upon arrival, walk to your hotel for check-in
  • Evening walk to the restaurant for dinner
  • Overnight at hotel

(optional walk: visit  the famous Tivoli Gardens – entrance not included)

Day 5: Copenhagen – Oslo (B/D)

  • Breakfast and check out from hotel
  • Then, enjoy a guided tour of the city visiting all the famous sights (from outside) including the Amalienborg Palace, Christiansborg Palace, the old Nyhavn harbor and of course the famous Little Mermaid
  • In the afternoon, you will be transferred by coach to the DFDS Seaways terminal for your overnight cruise to Oslo
  • Next, enjoy a delicious buffet dinner as you cruise gently up the Kattegat
  • Check-in and overnight on board

Day 6: Oslo (B/D)

  • Breakfast on board and after disembark from the ferry, you will enjoy a guided tour of Oslo
  • Drive along to see the world-famous Viking Museum to see the Polar Exploration ship and Fram, a ship that was used in expeditions of the Arctic and Antarctic regions
  • Continue to explore the famous circle of life Vigeland Sculpture Park (walking tour)
  • In the afternoon, drive to Holmenkollen Ski Jump for a bird’s eye view of the city and on a clear day you can also see the fjord far down below
  • Later, enjoy an Indian dinner
  • Check-in and overnight at hotel

Day 7: Oslo(B)

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Free time at your own leisure
  • Check out and transfer to Oslo airport for your flight home

 

REMARKS :

  • In the coach, once you arrive at your first destination, maximum weight allowed for luggage of each passenger occupying a seat is 20 kg. Please make sure that you are able to carry your luggage from the coach to your rooms as porter service is not provided on the holidays.
  • We also recommend that children or family members not sharing a room have separate luggage as rooms cannot be guaranteed adjoining or nearby
  • Meals are based on Indian Food. Vegetarian Food is available and Halal Meals are subject to availability

Q: Will I travel with people from other countries?

A: The beauty of taking a guided holiday with us is you’ll have the opportunity to meet and travel with people from all over the globe.

Q: How many people will be on my trip?

A: It varies from different tours. An average of 40 to 48 guests on trips throughout Europe.

Q: Will I have free time?

A:  Each itinerary offers the perfect balance of downtime and discoveries. We also give you the opportunity to tailor your trip with optional experiences. You might choose to enjoy some of the best seats in the house at the world-famous Moulin Rouge in Paris. Or maybe take a magical early-morning balloon ride over the Napa Valley.

Q: What type of coach will I be travelling in?

A: We pride ourselves on having the finest fleet of fuel-efficient, most will have armrests, TV, VCR/DVD & cassette player fully air-conditioned or air cooled coaches – all with reclining seats and on-board restrooms (W.C. facilities on coaches have limited capacities, therefore we advise passengers to use them only on an ‘emergency’ basis. We try and make sufficient stops to ensure comfort for passengers). The high vantage point from your coach’s window means you can take in all the glorious scenery, whether it’s a vast rural landscape or an urban city centre. On rare occasions your coach may not have a W.C. facility on board. We have a strict “no smoking and no alcohol” policy on all our coaches. During transfers we may use an alternative vehicle (and smaller coaches) which may not have the above facilities. On a touring holiday there are some long journeys which are unavoidable especially when travelling from city to city and usually it’s the case that first and last days are the longest.

Q: Should I bring any electric outlet adapter?

A: Electrical currents vary between Britain, the European continent and North America. We suggest you carry a converter for your appliances such as electric shaver,travelling iron, hair dryer and other personal appliances. We recommend that you purchase a universal electrical travel adapter to help prevent accidents and damage to your appliances

Q: What will I eat?

A: Breakfast is normally either continental or buffet and is taken at the hotel that you will be staying in. All other pre-booked meals will be either in the hotel’s own restaurant or at an outside restaurant and is not changeable. Available meal options are vegetarian, Jain or non-vegetarian (where possible Halal). Please let us know the time of your booking what your dietary requirements are.

The meals are pre-set buffet and a choice of menu is not available. The meals will only include the food; all extras i.e. alcohol, beverages or any extra items requested by you will need to be settled by you directly with the proprietor. Any meals not taken will not be reimbursed.

Note: We endeavour to book Indian meals for dinner wherever possible,however due to local constraints if we are unable to do so, we will offer local options. If you have any specific dietary needs or allergies you must inform us at time of booking, so we can inform the caterer. Passengers with severe food allergies are advised to make appropriate arrangements prior to commencing their tour. Sona Tours reserve the right to change meal arrangement in circumstances which are beyond our control.

  1. Upon registration and confirmation of airline ticket request, Traveller must remit full payment for airline ticket according to the dateline as advised by the person- in- charge in AMI.
  2. For ground and other payments, Traveller must remit deposit (a 100 % non-refundable) of 35% from the package price (excluding airline ticket) within three (3) days after registration or according to the dateline advised by person- in- charge in AMI. Balance payment must be made thirty (30) days prior to departure date or according to the dateline as advised by the person- in- charge in AMI.

Amendment

  • No changes can be made within 48 days before departure
  • If participant wants to come back later or earlier than the expected date of arrival in Malaysia, participant must send an e-mail or letter 45 days before the travelling dates and it is subject to the discretion of Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours. However, Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours reserves the right to reject or accept it.
  • If allowed, any additional cost is participant’s responsibilities. Participant also will be charged RM 200/person for admin fee.

  • Booking cancellation from the participant should be done through email or letter and must be sent to Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours for avoiding any misunderstanding

Importance

  1. Price is subject to change which based on currency fluctuation.
  2. Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours reserves the right to amend the itinerary without prior notice.

  4. There will be no tour leader from Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours that will join this tour.
  5. Refund will not be paid immediately and will take more than 2 months.
  6. All hotel and flight details are for reference only and subject to change till you get the verification from Al Masyhur International Travel & Tours.
  7. Not all hotels provide electric kettle and ironing facilities. It is advisable to bring your own.
  8. Not all hotels have Triple room. So that, triple sharing room is based on twin sharing room with extra bed.
  9. This package is not includes flight ticket unless it is stated, you will be charge RM 40/ticket/person if you want to book flight tickets with us.
  10. Validity of the passport must be more than 6 (six) months from arrival date.
  11. A copy of passport should be emailed to the tour officer 45 days before departure
  12. It is advisable to check and ensure that you are eligible to go to overseas and your name is not being blacklisted. (’Blacklist’: Bank Debts, PTPTN and others). We will not hold any responsibilities if you are not allowed to travel on the day of your departure. Check status here
  13. For package with Halal meals, meals are suitable for Muslims except breakfast which will be served in standard international buffet menu. In places which Halal meals are hardly to find, we will serve meals based on seafood, vegetarian or packed halal meals.

  15. No refund or reduction will be made to any member in for accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare but not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.
