  • Plan and develop tour itineraries/products
  • Provide literature and information to clients concerning local, interstate tours, travel routes, accommodation, local customs, fares and travel regulations.
  • Manage and monitor tour operations
  • Liaise with tour operators and suppliers
  • Attend to phone calls from local and overseas
  • Able to manage outbound reservation & through e­mail with overseas agent
  • Handle customer’s enquiries and problem solving
  • Good negotiation skills with ground operation agents.
  • Service existing customers and maintain good relationship with customers.
  • In charge for incentive group tour for corporate or company.

Requirements:

  • 0 – ­ 3 years working experience in travel industry.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel/Administrative/International Business (other fields are welcome!)
  • Required language(s): at least B in Mathematics and English for SPM
  • Can play Sudoku
  • The candidate must be passionate and proactive individual, self-motivated, creative and able to work to tight deadlines and leading a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

HAJI & UMRAH EXECUTIVE
