The smell is very pleasant and it comes from the flower only in Bulgaria which in the area known as “Rose Valley”. With the accession of Bulgaria to the EU on January 1, 2007, Cyrillic became the third official alphabet of the EU. Other than that, Bulgaria produced their own yogurt which is very unique in flavour. Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, the bacterium responsible for giving Bulgarian yoghurt its unique taste and consistency could exist only in Bulgaria. One more fact that we didn’t know since we live in this modern world, the first person invented the first electronic computer is John Vincent Atanassoff and he is Bulgarian.
